We strive to provide a large selection of beer kegs at great prices.
Most of information you will need to order kegs is available on this website. If you must contact us, please EMAIL us and we will respond to you within 15-20 minutes during our business hours.
What are your business hours
We are open and provide delivery Monday - Thursday 10am-6pm, Friday from 10am-4pm. Saturday from 11am-4pm. We are closed on Sundays.
When can I expect my keg to arrive?
Certain kegs are available for delivery within 2 hours. All kegs are available for delivery with 48 hours.
Can I make changes to my order?
You can make changes to an order by contacting us at the earliest, and before the delivery is initiated.
How do I schedule the keg pick up?
Please EMAIL us between 10am - 6pm to schedule a pick up.
Can I cancel an order?
Please email us to cancel a order. A processing fee of $25 per keg will be charged to your card.
What happens if there is any issue with the pump during my party?
Oh no! Please contact us as soon as possible so we can send you a replacement pump, so you can continue with your party. We can not offer refunds on unfinished kegs for any reason.
Person ordering a keg and receiving a keg must be over 21 years of age. NYC Kegs will cancel the order and charge $25 processing fee if delivery receiver can not provide valid proof of age or NYC Kegs suspects that alcohol may be made available to persons under the age of 21.
