What addresses does your company deliver to?
NYC Kegs delivers to elevator doormen buildings, commercial properties, event spaces, and walk up buildings. Since we want to ensure that our products reach you safely, we request that you would be provide us with information regarding the specific entrances, stairs and other information that would be needed to complete the order fast, without unnecessary delays.
Do you deliver to all areas of New York City?
Most of our service coverage is limited to parts of New York City. We currently cover most areas of Manhattan, parts of Brooklyn, some areas in Queens. We unfortunately can't deliver to Roosvelt Island or Staten Island. We are trying to add these areas in next phase of expansion.
How long does it take to get Cold Brew delivery?
We are committed to providing a quick turnaround to our customers. Our warehouse is located in Williamsburg area. With limited slots available, customers can expect delivery same day if ordered by 10am on that day.
What is your delivery policy for Long Island and the Hamptons?
If placed ordered after 10am, we will be able to drop off the order next day, or within 2-3 days depending on available time slots & route. NYC Kegs caters to Long Island customers in select towns. Some of the towns we can cater to depends on the size of the order, distance from NYC, in addition to availability of personnel & vehicles. Please contact us to inquire prior to placing your order. We will suggest suitable options and service times if you contact us over the email.
Which areas does NYC Kegs deliver to?
We service Financial District/Downtown, Soho, West Village, Chelsea, Gramercy, Lower East Side, Midtown in Manhattan. Williamsburg, Dumbo, Greenpoint, Downtown, Park Slope, Bed Stuy, Fort Greene in Brooklyn. We service Suffolk and Nassau county in Long Island. We plan to expand coverage to Westchester county in Fall 2020.
Will NYC Kegs deliver to my office?
Our office beer delivery product provides a very good option for organizations to make various beverages made available to their employees. Bottles, cans and cases of seasonal beers are available to be dropped off within 1 business day of order being sent to us through this website.
What are the requirements for delivering to commercial buildings?
Before ordering beer for the office, building management / landlord should be contacted to check regarding freight access requirements. Due to security or process requirements a certificate of insurance (COI) may be required to be submitted to them. Office manager should obtain the insurance requirement document or "Accord" document. This document includes the specific amounts required for specific insurance coverage. We will forward this document to our insurance agent. Once insurance agent returns the completed COI, your building management will approve the COI and we can initiate service to your building. NYC Kegs currently has this approval with most buildings in the area. Please check with us if such approval is already on file with your building management.
How does NYC Kegs support local breweries?
Large percentage of breweries are actually small businesses. NYC Kegs supports Breweries in all of New York state as well as the five boroughs. Fresh cans from number of breweries are available on NYC Kegs. Due to COVID-19, number of breweries have reduced operations and may be producing limited quantities of beer. If we run out of any specific items, we will contact you with good alternatives from same brewery or style.
Do you deliver cold brew to weddings?
Summer and Fall are popular season to hold events in the city. Number of event venues allow people to source products from vendors of their choice. Event cold brew keg delivery is popular because it allows you to bring down the budget for the event by sourcing food & drinks from multiple sources.
